At Tiepolo Skyros we are taking strict measures in line with local and country legislation to ensure you are safe during your stay.  We therefore employ the following measures.

Basic Health Protocols:

• Daily cleansing of reception desk areas

• Disinfection of key cards and keys with specialised disinfection kit

• Hand sanitiser available in reception area

• Hand sanitiser available for guests in all commonly used areas

Physical Distancing:

• Contactless check-in / check-out

• Cashless payment available

• Physical distancing rules

Cleaning: 

• P.E.P. available to every member of our cleaning team

• Daily temperature checks of our cleaning team members

• Stricter cleaning of high-risk home objects and appliances, (e.g. door handles, appliances buttons, etc.)

• No consumption of food or drinking and non-smoking policy while performing cleaning duties on site

• No cleaning of the property performed during your stay to avoid the potential spread of COVID19 unless indicated by guests

• No change of linens and towels (every other day) performed during your stay to avoid the potential spread of COVID19 unless indicated by guests

• Deep steam cleansing of any surfaces covered in fabric (temperature >70°).

• Our cleaning team is compliant with health regulations during the collection of linens (e.g. use of P.E.P. equipment)

• Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus

• Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines

• Removal of all decorative objects (e.g. cushions, etc.)

• Removal of all commonly used objects (e.g. menus, newspapers, magazines, etc.)

• Cover in plastic case of all TV and A/C remote controllers

• Daily natural airing of all properties by keeping windows and doors open for reasonable time

• Hand sanitiser available for guests in accommodation and other key areas

Food & Drink Safety:

• Notification of all guests to avoid any commonly used spaces in the event of them feeling unwell

• Physical distancing in external (e.g. dining) areas

Other:

• Filing of guests’ information during their stay (e.g. name, ethnicity, arrival / departure date, contact information – mobile number, e-mail) to enable contact tracing in the event of a COVID19 case.  All information will be handled in accordance with GDPR (or equivalent regulations)

• Notification of all guests of means available in the properties available in each property

• Refresh of properties website to include COVID19 measures taken to strengthen public health and safety

• Special equipment to check health of guests, (e.g. first aid kit available, masks and plastic gloves, hand sanitiser gels, laser thermometer, etc.)
